Made-to-order industrial generators

Industrial generator configurator

Put together an indicative configuration and submit a technical inquiry. The SPARK team will check compatibility, propose a suitable model and prepare a tailored quote for you.

  1. Step 1

    Choose your requirements

Select your preferred engine, alternator, controller, design, tank, runtime and start method. Where you are not sure, choose ‘recommend one’.

  2. Step 2

    SPARK checks compatibility

A technical advisor checks the combination of engine, alternator, controller, tank and ATS or synchronisation against the required power.

  3. Step 3

    Model proposal and quote

You receive a proposal for a suitable model with a technical data sheet and a quote including delivery time, installation and delivery.

Thank you for your technical inquiry!

We have received your configuration. A SPARK technical advisor will check the compatibility of the selected components, propose a suitable model and prepare a quote for you.

Build your configuration

The highlighted choices are recommended SPARK configurations — change them as needed. Each group also has a ‘recommend one’ option if you would like to leave it to our advice.

1 Approximate power Power is the starting point for choosing a model. If you are not sure, choose an approximate value — we will determine the exact power together.
100 kVA

2 Engine Choose your preferred engine manufacturer. Availability depends on the required power and the specific model.

3 Alternator Choose the alternator manufacturer. SPARK uses several combinations on its 50 Hz models.

4 Controller Generator controller / AMF. Your choice affects communications, monitoring and automation.

5 Housing Open frame or soundproof version. SPARK offers Standard, Super Silent and Extra Super Silent canopies.

6 Fuel tank size The actual standard capacity depends on the selected model. An enlarged tank extends the runtime.

7 Runtime at 75% Prime Power Required operating runtime. The tank size needed is determined by the actual fuel consumption of the selected engine at 75% Prime Power.

8 Start / ATS / synchronisation Manual or remote start, automatic transfer (ATS) or a synchronisation solution. SPARK offers synchronisation for 2–16 generators.
